Delay in Study Material.....

Good day,

i Registered and paid full amount on the 04/02/20 & 08/02/20. i requested my study material to be send to me as per the web page "within 3-7 days after payment"i have emailed and phone, i get no reply to emails and when i phone they promise to get back but they dont. i pray that this year go quickly because i will not register next year with them, will rather see to do this course via some other leaning institution. i have register on the ICB portal as requested by IBTC and saw the 1st exam is the 11 May 2020, i told Nicole Pearce and Wahied Frank that i would like to register for that exam and would like my study material early as possible so that i can be well prepared but to no avail.

This is so disappointing, this should be an exciting time of my life and it shouldnt feel heavy burden and strenuous. regards Alisha Afrika
