CIMA does not allow me to write my exams

On the 10th of December 2014 I've scheduled a CIMA exam for C01 with IBTC. On my arrival they called me to tell me that I can't write on that day due to my registration fee being pending. They never told me that when I was booking my exams. Okay I left their office.On the following day i made sure I pay the registration fees which were outstanding.They then told me that the issue will be resolve after 10 working days.which will in January as they are closing for summer holidays.<br> <br> First week on january I then booked for exams again as I told that my money will be reserved until January. I was given the 23rd January 2015. On my arrival they then asked for my contact ID and told me that I have an outstanding amount on my name.They then called the CIMA office in Johannesburg to resolve the issue and they told them I will have to wait 24-48 hours. After so much Inconvenience no one bothered to call me and tell me what is happening with my exams. 2 weeks ago I sent them an email requesting to write an exam again. No response from them and CIMA. BAD SERVICE. I am not happy I want to write my exams and I paid them around R16000 already.
