Disrespectful/half job, unprofessional

Shocking! They did tiling work and installed a new garage motor. I paid the deposit for the motor immediately. It took 2 weeks for them to install said motor. I received 3 different invoices and our assistant paid the money over. There was a 15% shortage of payment due to confusion with the 3 invoices. He arrived at our property, removed some of the motor parts and said we owed him money on the same day he asked about the short payment. Payment was made at 14:00 he arrived at our property at 15:30. It was an honest mistake. To this day we have asked for the keys of the motor (4 months later) and now the motor has been ****** and he has nothing to say for himself. His ****iness is out of this world and he is so disrespectful.
