IBM subscription cannot be cancelled - shocking service!

I signed up for the SPSS software in 07/2018. I am a student and only wanted to use this software for a month. I cancelled it after I used it for a project and received another “proof of entitlement” email. I started communicating with Tania Scheepers and Barbora Dragunova to assist me in 1) cancelling the contract and 2) getting a refund. Months later Tania informed me that this is not her domain and that she cannot assist me. Shocking service to say the least.

The subscription still goes off every month and I am unable to cancel it with the pathetic service!!
