Corporate IBM rental No Payment

We bought a property over a year ago, however IBM have an employee lease agreement there till end of June . <br> IBM agrees in this contract to pay Quartlety payments upfront . <br> Since purchasing our home IBM have not been paying these rental installments , even though I send reminders weeks before reminding the ladies in charge to please not let me know as time before . Once again my bond has gone off , which has had to go out of the deposit as I don't have that kind of cash <br> Nearing the next bond payment I am desperate . They could not care less to be honest , with less than three months to go , I have tried everything . The tenant himself is almost R8000 in arrears for not paying any of his utilities. <br> He will not return my calls, I find this unacceptable on so many levels from a huge corporate company and this is now the second time. What are my rights here , as I wonder if I will even be able to get him out come June 30th , when contract expires. Feeling rather desperate as my kids and husband are moving into this our dream home, but cannot afford further financial loss, never mind the complete lack of respect from IBM. <br> Thank you for listening
