My sons phone was ****** at the Checkers in Springs Towers, the guy claimed to be from the department of Labour and he fled into Checkers, through the Receiving bay and the IBI security guards searched him and let him out, they didnt let him sign a visitors register, and he is also not a Merchandiser. He walked straight through the front door he knew exactly where to go, he went to security they searched him without asking where he was from. The security neglected their policy they let a strange person through their store with ****** phones in his possession. This is unexceptable and the are Manager of the company said he wont investigate immediately he will do it on his terms. Please assit me in this regard

I have spoken to the area manager and this was his reply: Goeie more Dame Die Derikteur het besluit dat ons maatskappy nie verantwoording kan neem vir die verlies van u seun se selfoon nie. Die selfoon is deur u seun aan die verdagte oorhandig onder valse voorwensels Mnr Nel die Divisie bestuurder van Checkers het ons meegedeel dat enige persoon wel die "staff entrance" van n winkel kan gebruik onder voorwaarde dat die persoon wel deursoek moet word Die wag wat die verdagte deursoek het,was nie beeus dat die selfone aan hom nie sy eiendom was nie
