Disgusting service

We traveled recently on ibéria Airlines, their service was appalling, the air hostesses were rude and unwilling to accommodate anything to do with children they got irritated with any request regarding my children. It's already so difficult to travel with children but to have no assistance or kindness from your air hostesses makes it even worse, I don't speak Spanish and these ladies spoke nothing else to me, didn't even make an effort to speak in English for the requests I had regarding my children, they had an abrupt and unconcerned attitude, and were totally off putting to my children, I find it unacceptable and disgusting on how they are even allowed to deal with people and especially children.
