Limited Staff is not my problem

My husband and I booked 2 full body massages.

we received a call earlier that week to inform us that one of the girls are on leave and can we please come earlier. We tried to accommodate iBeauty as much as possible and came an hour earlier.

While my husband was being massaged the the****** left to attend to customers coming and answering the phone.

This is not what you expect when booking a massage. you do not expect your the****** to stop midway.

Not acceptable. We did not have a good experience and will not be returning.
