Restaurant owner assault customer

We had dinner at iBar, Broadwalk, Pretoria. The food was not up to standard and they smoked in a non smoking area. When we complained about it, the owner, Riaan van Zyl chased us out and then assaulted my fiance. That was after we have paid for the food and was on our way out.
