Refund not received

I ordered a baby play gym mat and car rubber mats on the 21st of October, my order arrived on the 30th, the quality of both items was not what I had expected so I decided to return them.

I lodged a return on the 5th of October and the items were collected from me on the 7th of October, on the 9th I got refunded for the car mats and when I checked the status for the play gym mat it said return concluded while I had not received any refund.

I called Takealot customer service and they said the item is being returned to me, up to date I have not received the item and or any refund.

I would like Takealot to refund me my full money.
