******* Auctioneers

Recently I attended a renound auction , I was given false information about a certain property ,when I bidded and purchased the property I contacted the occupants of the property who claimed that they are actually the owners and the person who was presumed to be the owner of the property was a con-artist who had put the house under his name **********ly and there was a high court case regarding this matter , I did investigate and the allegations did end up to be true , The auctioneers insist for the sale to go through because the property is in this Con artists name , how is it possible for the auctioneers to sell the property knowing that a high court ******** case is going on , If I pay the balance of the purchase price I stand a chance to lose all the money when the case go's to trail but the auctioneers still demand payment , this is unetical and down right *******.
