Misleading advert and activities to the public from Ian Wyles auctioneers

"CAUTION" BE AWARE OF IANWYLES AUCTIONEERS!! Hi Guys. Just want to share my experience with Ian Wyles auctioneers on its on-line vehicle auction recently. I bid a 2021 model Kia 2500 bakkie on 25th Feb 2025 on Ian wyles on -line vehicle auctions I won the bid. Invoice received at 28th Feb 2025, I paid in full, also picked up the van on the 1st March 2025. I went to Ian wyles auctioneers office on 19th March 2025 after I requested the availability of Logbook for the vehicle by email. When i picked up the logbook for the bakkie, I noticed it was not a 2021 model as advertised and also invoiced 2021 instead It is a 2020 model,I made enquiries, meanwhile I got the instructions from receptionist Eunice from Ian wyles auctioneers, She said I must contact Kuben Naicker who is in charge of vehicle auction to resolve the matter, I tried contacting him via WhatsApp ,emails the same day and my attorney also did telephone enquiries and Whatsapp messages to Kuben from 19th of March as well as the course of week Eventually I got response from Officer Jackie from auctioneers on 20th of March, She informed us the management Kuben Naicker and Mr Ian Wyles would be discussing my requests on Monday 24th March 2025, unfortunately I have not receive any feedback from them on that day after my attorney did serious telephone calls to Kuben, Kuben only rep**** a WhatsApp message to my attorney in the morning of 26th March, Kuben said he would response to us later in the day. (Wednesday) I did follow up enquiry again on Friday 28th March 2025,office rep**** saying I should receive the feedback before end of business day however up to date I have not receive feedback from them,only empty promises that they will get back to me but never do, this is totally unacceptable, this wrong information was purposefully published on a public platform to misinform us all, so I share my experience today because I will never want any of you guys to be *****ed the manner which I was

Alternatively,My question is why are they misleading the public, if the vehicle is sold. After they receive the logbook before they hand it over to me, they did transfer of ownership on 11th March 2025 to their name from previous owner, they should have noticed the error on the agreement of sales. They should do something about it,But they still never do anything, no response, until I went to office and find it out by myself. It's very unprofessional experience and I can say they did this deliberately. The year of the model for second hand vehicle is very important. One year makes a big difference for its value. Please be aware, check their advertised vehicle and ask a copy of logbook before you bid on them, they should feel embarrassed for the *****ulent adverti*****t, and feel ashamed for taking my money unfairly and not responding.
