Bad to give deposit....u will never get it back.

I made a offer for a property with Richard from Ian Wyles. Once offer was accepted they asked for deposit and I paid. Then I was not allowed to view property which Richard was aware offer and he was in talks with the attorneys also. I was approved for the bond and the bank wanted valuations which they tried many times and was allowed on property by existing owner. I then asked then asked for my deposit refunded which for months no reply from Ian Wyles yet Richard assured I will be refunded if anything went wrong front the start because of what he knew. Then I was sent a reply after I got lawyers involved and was refused my deposit refunded.
