poor workmanship

Ian Wilson Construction Management is a bad example of how management should be effected<br> I chose this company to manage the building of a granny flat for my wife and i<br> All was good until the final bits and pieces when the company started dragging heels and made promises that were never kept<br> after almost 5 months i am still waiting for the roof compliance and electrical certificates<br> none of the interior doors or frames are square or fit properly<br> not a single wall is straight and as for the tiling and paving ,no lines are straight<br> i would not recommend this man / company to anyone for any construction work<br> His labourers and so called bricklayers, plasterers, plumbers ,carpenters are all below average in workmanship and the management company did not rectify any faults unless they were pointed out to him by myself<br> A bad experience in building a granny flat / retirement home for myself<br> Very very unhappy<br> <br>
