Ian Solar have my money and I have no product worth R25000

On 16 May 2024 on their website I add a solar battery to the card, EFT R25,000 to the account number on the invoice and forward the payment confirmation to a sales person named Mark. He phoned me to inform me I should have used the number on the email invoice he send me. The other account is closed he told me. He advised to stop the payment with my bank and I did. Yesterday 28 May 2024 my bank informed me there is no funds in their account and the money cannot be refynded. So the account is not closed. I send a mail to *** and delivery keeps failing and to *** to Mark with no feedback. I have no battery and they have my money. I am filing a ***** case.
