Very Bad Service

Our matter was mistakenly before 2 judges on 13 February 2013, judge B and M. We obtained a transcript for the proceedings before B in 2013 already. Judge M transcript is outstanding since 2013. <br> <br> Judge M 's tape is available and our attorney listened to it on the 12th Floor of the High Court, but iAfrika fail to produce it. Instead they always give us the transcript for proceedings that were before judge B and put judge M's name to it although judge B is a man M a woman and wants to charge us for it, which is extremely unacceptable. <br> On the 4 September I went i Afrika's Johannesburg offices to inorder to resolve transcription issue. Ms Mpho accompanied me to 12th Floor of the High Court where we listen to the correct audio, something that was done within thirty minutes. Mpho drop boxed the cd the same day.<br> Mr Nel undertook to personally resolve the matter on the 15/9/, but to date failed to do so and even to respond to us.<br> <br> Please intervene as soon as possible to have this matter resolved.
