Extremely bad service

***********. Don't deliver what was asked and not even on time, even though enough time was given to do the work. Full payment was received on their side and now they can't get hold of their driver who needed to deliver the material. I have been waiting at their offices for 2.5 hours and they can't give me answers on how this is going to be resolved.. Bad bad service and me as the client don't even know if I am going to get what I have paid for..When ever that will be!
