Bad Workmanship

There contractor repaired and re-gassed my freezer on Friday 8 May 15. If received a 3 month warranty on this repair. By 12 May 15 it was still not freezing and at this stage they told me the compressor is faulty and repaired it. On Saturday 30 June 15 (after being away for two weeks) my freezer is again not freezing and all my meat and vegetables are spoiled and rotten due to this. The contractor informed me that the copper pipe next to where he had worked burst and needs to be repaired. IA Service refuse to refund my money and/or meat as they say I did not pay the money into their bank account but paid cash to the contractor. I now need to claim the money from their APPROVED contractor. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
