Do your reseach before choosing a marketing company

When choosing a marketing company please do your research. I decided to go ahead with ileads and I was extremely disappointed from the get go they make you sign a 6 month contract. The results I received where completely different to what I was told I would receive . I did an ad word campaign with them and it cost me R15k a month. My account was given to an employee who was leaving so obviously not much was done . After spending R15k for my first month and only getting back R8000 spend on adwords what kind of result is that. firstly as a new customer I believe a company should always put there best foot forward and try an impress the customer. I was so upset when I received my results and then having to complain I was given a new person who would manage my account the results did increase but not too what they told me they should be at.

I eventually stuck it out for 5 months and when I wanted to cancel I was given a cancellation fee of R6095.00 I think a company that started off on such a bad foot should not even charge a cancellation fee.

From doing more research now I have realized most marketing companies don't sign a 6 month contract but rather month to month especially when it comes to Adwords. I realize why they make you take 6 month contract now
