Not paying suppliers for sevices rendered

The company does not pay for any service rendered to them. Electricity pre-paid meters for Westonaria that will be installed was programmed , tested and commissioned. Promised payments were never fulfilled. Contract to do work was promised but never realised. Various other people also withdrew from this contract due to non payment.<br> He will promise anything to get the work done but fail to commit to that promises.
