Elycare advertised an eye medication on Facebook

Elycare advertised an eye medication on Facebook. I placed an order on the 30th June. They promised to deliver within 5 days. To date I have never received my ordee. They always refer me to the tracking company and gave me the tracking number LZ***CN. Every time I track the order, it is still in the airport in China. Its been 13 days now.
