Complain against old world charm in the city Johannesburg South African
<p>There's these quest house call.ola world charm in the city Johannesburg South African, the owner name is Somayya a very bad woman, no body stays there more than two days, dirty place , she is a poor woman seeking for attention, she treats her work ers like slaves, she is a *****, i told her i will try one week with her, which i did,i gave her 400Euro, she refused to give me back my balance. The day i arrived two people left not happy, another lady called mary with her sister left fighting her.who will want to stay in such a place.</p>
A booking was made for this guest via Booking.com then cancelled free of charge on the day of arrival...The guest Gladys then contacted me directly and we arranged pickup from the airport as well as accommodation for 7 nights(a week as she mentions).Gladys paid me €400...which with the exchange rate at the time worked out to R5000...÷7 nights =R4600...adding in the cost of changing Euro into rands(R150) plus (R250)for transport from airport...there is no balance remaining...I have tried multiple times explaining the above to her but she refuses to understand.She has complained to Booking.com and now on this platform...
- She stayed 7 nights here without any issue...I went over and above in regards to making her stay as comfortable as possible...
- In regard to her slandering my name...My reviews on Booking.com and Airbnb.com should be enough to speak for me...
