Misleading and ********

Went to the baby Expo in July this year and my husband was at the I Touch stall. A lady Karen was demonstrating the products and my husband and brother where fascinated by the product. After some debate my husband decided to take the products on a budget. Karen mentioned it would cost R99 per month over 24 months as the products where on promotion for R2500. It seemed like a good deal the way she explained so my husband decided to take it. When swiping his credit card he noticed that thee entire amount went off. So immediately we wanted a refund. Then Karen called the person in charge Fabio who explained that we cannot get a refund immediately as it wil not be reflected until 24 hours. So Fabio asked us to go to the gateway u touch store to get the refund. A week later we did go the branch but was told that they do not do refunds and that we had to contact Fabio. After some debate we where asked to send a email stating our reason to get a refund.... We where then told that if we wanted a refund we should courier it to cape Town head office. We have not done that because how would we no if they had received it or not to get the refund after. This company are ******** with misleading information. There is not a big market for this product anyway and we lost out on R2500!!!
