WORST COMPANY IN HISTORY!!!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Firstly everything on their website is a lie. They say assignments marked within 7 days? Nope lie takes much longer. They say that after you complete the 180 hour portion of your 420 hour diploma you'll receive a certificate that you can start using in the meantime? Nope another lie. They say once you've completed your whole course and completed payment you'll receive your eCertificate two weeks after that? Nope yet another lie because here I am almost a month later and I haven't received my certificate.

Then there is the customer service which is absolutely useless. Chatbot is useless obviously because it regurgitates answers and doesn't understand any context or nuance. They don't respond to emails and dodge calls by leaving you on hold forever.

So all in all a company from hell. Guaranteed the worst service you'll ever receive in your life.
