Unacceptable customer service

I have been experiencing ongoing difficulties in resolving an issue with my account, despite multiple attempts over the past week. Unfortunately, none of the contact numbers appear to be functional, as the calls keep disconnecting. Additionally, my emails have gone unanswered, and my support tickets have been repeatedly closed without resolution, forcing me to open yet another request—this being the fourth time.

It is extremely concerning that after making arrangements and communicating my situation, my access has still been revoked. As a paying customer, I find this lack of support and communication completely unacceptable. I sincerely hope that this matter reaches the appropriate management level, as the current handling of customer concerns does not reflect well on the academy’s service standards.

I would appreciate an urgent response and a prompt resolution to this issue.

I also highly recommend anyone considering to use this academy to please do the appropriate amount of research. I am extremely unhappy I went with this academy as their level of service is terrible. No one should struggle so much trying to earn a simple certificate to make their future better.
