Still waiting for my refund…3 months later

I signed up for the Thailand Internship prep course with I-to-I in May 2024 then changed my mind within the cancellation period. Thankfully I hadn’t paid the full amount and only R1999…otherwise I would have been in big ****. I then app**** for refund on 3 June 2024. I opted for them to refund by putting funds back on my card as it’s simplest compared giving bank details.Today is 3 September and have I have not received a cent.Been dealing with Jesse who keeps telling me “ he passed on my message to the finance team who are following up and will be in touch” - this never happens. I have to keep asking because it seems the finance team don’t know how to process a simple refund. I email every month.Then there was an email saying something about payment issues for 1 Aug so I waited like an idiot just in case. So I followed up again about a week later and on 14 Aug Jesse tells me “Thank you for your email.Unfortunately there is no update yet. Once we hear back we will notify you.”- honestly what must I do with that? Since then nothing and now decided to come here to warn people especially if you are from South Africa - please be careful with these guys. What makes this so upsetting is that I know people who have had amazing experiences with them and now teaching abroad

Please give me back my money…
