Not happy with Truworths.co.za Birchache Mall service is poor they don't know customer care

I'm not happy about truworth birchache frist I want to fetch my order there they sold me is not there I have to go at truworth men I want then they told me they want ID which I know but I completely forgot it at home I try to give them my copy they said no I want home without my order
