i-to-i TEFL review
When they originally contacted me, they assured me that they will always be available should there be any issues whether by phone or e mail once you've been onboarded and started the course. This was a complete lie: I spent almost R10000 on 2 advanced classes for my wife and daughter. Theys started and even registering was an ordeal. My wife who is a qualified teacher handed in her first assignment only to be told it is incomplete, no guidance as to what is incomplete, simply just incomplete, after more than a month of frustration of back and forth she was finally told where it was incomplete. Then she handed in her assignment again with the new requirements only to wait another 2 weeks to find out if she passed. My daughter seeing what her mother went through started panicking. This is where i stepped in: I called the call Centre, they were offline. I requested a call back: no response, still waiting I emailed the lady that signed them up: she very sarcastic and referred me back to the nonfunctioning call center. After several attempts to talk to someone i gave up. At this point my wife and daughter has given up on i-to-i and i have written the money of as a loss because it is clear that once they have your money, they simply don't care.
