I'm trying to get a tutor to assist me but unfortunately looks like it takes days for assistance. The chat bolts can't help with you they just say send a message through to your tutor. I am currently on the ielts peperation 3rd attempt but still getting failed because I am using a different topic. I ask the tutor for help ask him to review my procedure he's response it looks fine but the assignment feedback it's incorrect. On the course page itself it states if you sign up for the 420 or 500hr course once you pass the 180 they will issue you a certificate you chat to someone in the bolt they say you can request a 180 hour certificate but you might have to pay for it. I send in am email Jesse response we don't do that you will only get a certificate once the course is complete. I send in all my screan shot of emails ect no response, my tutor Peter has failed me 3 times and still I don't understand because their module of the ielts tells you to do this and you do it for your tutor to fail you because now I have included to much information and the wrong topic in speaking stage where take into consideration the speaking ielts is based on general topics. You got 60 minutes to teach 2 skills now you have to teach structure and plus the exam details how that' is possible beats me, I signed up January 2023 but delays in marking and me complaining it was extended to may 2024 I have had to pay retake fees of 350 rand no tutur guidence, I have received nothing worth my thousands I paid for this course, their modules are unclear because what you do from the module is not up to the tutors standards, now I sent another email in asking for help still no repose but what can I expect I have been dealing with this uncompitent behavior for the last year. Some assistents taking over two weeks to be marked. And I ask myself how many students have been taken for a ride because the comments I see now show me that I am 1st of many.. And this company just gets away. It's not 500 or 1000 rand for this course it's 6000 plus and you get treated like this. Unacceptable and I won't let this slide.
