i to i TEFL ****

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from I to I TEFL regarding the Advance Level 5 420 hour TEFL course, which I completed on 03 May 2024. I was promised that my certificate would be issued within 30 days of completion. Despite multiple attempts to follow up on this, I have not received any response or my certificate. Furthermore, I paid extra for a hard copy of the certificate, which was not delivered. My experience with the course itself was also unsatisfactory. I was assigned Petra Schneidrova as my tutor, but the assistance provided was extremely poor. My enquiries regarding the certificate have been met with complete silence. This lack of communication and failure to deliver on promises is highly unprofessional and leaves me feeling cheated. The course was quite costly, and I expect a certain level of service for the price paid. I strongly advise against anyone considering taking a course with I to I TEFL due to my negative experience. Were a negative star rating possible, do I to I TEFL would most assuredly receive it from me?
