Do not use them.

I bought the PRIME package, and while it started off well with a good course, I now feel like I wasted my money. After submitting my assignment, it took almost two weeks to be marked instead of the promised three days. When I inquired, I was told they were very busy. I understand that, but why offer a product you can't deliver? I waited patiently and was relieved to see that I passed my assignment. However, three weeks later, I still haven't received my certificate. Getting in touch with support is nearly impossible. The live chat often doesn't work or is grayed out. When I finally reached someone, they just referred me back to support. My tutor did the same thing. I've emailed numerous times with no reply. This is really ridiculous, and I will definitely not use them again.
