Do not use i to i TEFL!

I registered for the 500-hour Level 5 Advanced Diploma on May 10, 2024. I was super excited and started with the first assignment, working really hard on it. I submitted it expecting a pass, but it came back marked as "refer." I fixed the issues and resubmitted, growing increasingly frustrated with the wait time. Although it stated a 7-day turnaround, it was already day 9 with no response. I decided to chat with Jesse, who told me they were behind schedule and that I could expect the feedback in another 3-5 days.

Annoyed, I waited, only to receive my assignment back with another "refer." This time, they stated that I needed to pay an additional R348.94 to get it remarked, which felt like a complete *******. I asked for a refund and have still received no feedback. If you are paying the full amount for a course, why should you need to pay extra for them to keep marking your paper? It seems like they could keep referring your work just to make you keep paying. I am so disappointed!
