Certification not received

Attended a course through them. Everything the system indicated that I completed the course. The office said I have not completed amd demanded I continue with paying fees. The course was supposed to cost me R6000. Buy ended paying over R10000.00 when the time came for me to obtain my certification I got blocked and till this day I have not received the certificate and they are demanding that I pay more money
