*********** and Unwilling to assist with even the simplest request

I wouldn't even give i-to-i 1 star if there was that option. Want to know which company NOT to use to study TEFL? This one: i-to-i! Firstly, the overcharge you to begin with, compared to other companies that offer the same course. Secondly, they have *********** and lazy tutors that take longer than 7 working days to mark your assignment and when they do they just fail you without even reading your assignment. I know this because she copy pasted except for the 2 words the same nonsense she did when she failed me on my 1st assignment. Thirdly, once they have failed you enough times (because you have now redone everything 3 times already because no matter what you do it's not good enough for them), then they want you to pay R360 on top of the R7050 you have already wasted on this course, so that the same *********** tutor can mark your work again. When you ask for a different tutor, guess what? Surprise surprise, the answer is no. And when you have a problem they expect you to phone them but when you app**** just to enquire about the course you hardly hit the send button and your phone was ringing and it was them.

I wonder if they say no to the request for another tutor because they only have the one *********** one?
