Bad after sales service

Have been struggling with this solar provider for more than a year now. We installed solar in 2019 and its not working properly. As soon as the power goes off the solar inverter or the batteries goes off as well. Have been phoning the owner on a daily basis to resolve but no luck. Tried supporting a smaller business but this has proved to be a mistake. Would not recommend.
