This is my first time to lodge a complaint here but I feel that by doing this, it will save others from wasting their time, effort and sanity with a company that made one promise after the other. I dealt with Hein who led me to believe he was a man of his word and his workers would do a perfect job. We hit a snag on the first day, but that was not a fault of theirs and I paid them extra for our mistake. A long story short, Hein pleaded with me to make full payment to pay his workers after five days, a job they told us would take a day. I regrettably paid them as Hein was so reassuring and a smooth talker. Two weeks later and I am still getting promises for completion of a shocking job. The dark grey pavers are now light grey due to cement not being washed off and now set. The job is really shoddy and not one of skilled workers.
