Bad Services

Really unprofessional company! Placed and order and paid so much for it. I & R saying they can do delivery the same day and we said no we can make it for the next day. Called just to confirm delivery and was advised delivery will be from 8am.

Called to follow up on the delivery to be informed delivery wont be today as the factory only opens next week. Wanting to speak to the boss but boss was not available.

Basically they knew the factory is closed why not say before payment was even made. Our builders were here and could not do anything so the company now is at a lost due to the bad service we got from I & R Construction.

The company then wanted the money back due to I & R Construction they cannot give it back as they already paid the factory to make the items we had ordered.

My Boss is still waiting for a call from I & R Construction boss as they stated the boss will call during the course of the day. It is the next day already and yet no one has contacted my boss.

I would not recommend this company at all.
