Overnight courier service going to take 4-5 days

I handed off a package at i post it SANDOWN sunningdale on 28 Oct 2015 to be delivered with overnight courier. The area was for Vredendal and due to it being an outlaying border area they charge more for the courier service. R235 for \overnight"courier and the package weigh's under 1kg.<br> The package was not picked up by the courier service Mercury Logistics due to an account issue between themselves and i post it.<br> On 29 Oct 2015 the package was expected to arrive at the recipient as it is \""overnight\"" service. It did not as to the above complication.<br> After debate at i post it the package was collected by the courier service only on 29 Oct 2015 so that should mean the \""overnight\"" service paid for much more than normal service would mean the package should arrive at the recipient today 30 Oct 2015.<br> The recipient contacted with me and the package is still not delivered to him.<br> I contacted the courier service today and enquired about the delivery and was told by the logistics department that they only received the package yesterday which was 29 Oct and they are only going to deliver the package on Monday the 2 November 2015.
