Ipasella lack of service
I app**** for a payday loan from Ipasella.co.za on the 23rd Feb. I dealt with a guy by the name of Ruwan, sent all the required documents through as requested. He then went on leave without completing the application. Now when I speak to him, he says there is a debimandate check that has been loaded on my account, which I have not received. Today I flow up and he says that they must reload the debimandate on the bank. The service that I am getting is pathetic as they are now blaming the banks for not doing the debimandate. Its now 10 days that I am waiting for a loan which should take a day at most to finalize. I will never recommend ipasella for financial help
