Slum management of a rental property called Royal Palace in Kensington Cape Town

I on Property based in Kensington Cape Town advertised units to rent in properties that they manage. The advertise the safety aspect of electric fencing and electronically gates. However when these said measures break or malfunction it becomes an issue with the rental agent to get it fixed. We as tenants are not allowed to deal directly with owner and has to be done via the agent. One of the gates have not working for a month which means that anybody can access the property. The electric fence has bot been working close onto a year. The fire exstinguishers have last been serviced in 2023. So this is a caution when seeing anything advertised by this property agent do with caution. The agent has the attitude that if you don't like it you can move. the only time that she is visible when rental agreements have to be renewed and then you get harassed. She does not even follow the proper procedure of informing the tenants that the rental will be increasing. New lease agreements get deposited at your door and you get told to sign. Such behaviour I don't understand and how they manage to stay in business
