I've been with this company far longer than I should have because it started out great

I've been with this company far longer than I should have because it started out great. Consultant promised 24/7 service. I've had nothing but problems. They are quick to shut you down if they believe payment is due despite having a date in place for payment. Their router is unreliable and then you can't log a query because their app hardly ever works You can't call them on Saturday because they only work office hours. All this despite the promises of being available 24hrs , 7 days a week. The Consultant who was available via whattsapp or call in the very beginning is unavailable. I've given a poor review before and on their FB page but still no contact from them. Not a company I'd recommend to anyone
