Worst moving experience and they broke my furniture

Honestly if 0 stars was an option I would use it for this company. At the end of May we scheduled a move with I-move SA. I won't be using them again. Firstly, the move was scheduled for 2pm. The movers only arrived after 4 pm with a smaller truck. They still sat and took their lunch break whilst at my home. Not all the furniture fit into the truck so a second truck needed to come, unsupervised to pick up the remaining items. The guys were so unprofessional, late, rude and simply did not care about the delicacy of the work required but simply wanted to finish so they could go home. We arrive at the new place, unpacked only after 8 p.m. The management team also had the audacity to tell his team to wait outside until payment was made, but did not realise how horrible of an experience they had made for me nor my family. The also broke my bar unit and still have not sent any insurance documentation or follow up regarding the repair of this unit but have the audacity to ask me to pay? What a disgusting experience from a pathetic company. If you are looking for a decent moving company, who will be on time and look after your items in the move please do not use I- move.
