I Moves SA - lost some of my belongings, and left others in their warehouse, unwilling to assist me

Enock from I Moves have completely stopped reading my messages, or answering my calls. I Moves collected my furniture and boxes from my home in Johannesburg in September, they stored it all for a month, and then they were required to deliver everything to my new home in Nelspruit on 2 October. They arrived with some of my belongings missing - the two most obvious items were two double bed bases. How does something like that go missing, when the same company picked up, stored and delivered the belongings? I have been begging them to resolve this issue, requesting to go to the warehouse myself to see if I could find my missing belongings, and I only got excuses. For the last ten plus days, Enock is no longer answering calls, reading whatsapps or doing anything to try and resolve this issue. I know for a fact that at least one of my bases are still there as someone else went there and took a picture of that base for me. This company does not even want to make a plan to bring that one base to me. I have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor since 2 October. I think this is absolutely shocking service, and I am contemplating laying theft charges against the company. Also, remember they insist on payment before they start offloading....which means you as a customer have absolutely no way of protecting yourself should they just deliver some of your belongings.
