Do not use this company - items damaged and no assistance

From 30 Nov 2020 to 19 Jan 2021, I have been trying to get replacement / compensation for items damaged during our move on 30 Nov 2020. The quotation entailed: "I would like to offer you a quotation of R3 700 with a long base 10 ton truck, staff members to load and offload your furniture. The quote also includes R150 000 Comprehensive Insurance. No deposit required, you can make full payment upon arrival at your new place before offloading. Please do allow me to beat any offers you'll receive.

Nothing has come of the R150 000 insurance. In fact this afternoon, Lloyd who handles the insurance claims after damage to furniture, THREATENED ME WITH A RESTRAINING ORDER, should I contact him again. He called me once, took the details of the damaged items and requested me to provide photos of the damaged items, which I provided via Whatsapp and email.

I have requested Enock, who sends out the quotations for their legal department details, but he is absolutely silent.

The only option I have now is to visit their offices to see if I can get any assistance, because they do not answer your calls. I have kept all email and Whatsapp messages.

This drama from a company who scheduled my move at 12:00, but only turned up 18:00.
