Disgusting Service.

Ok, let's start with the positives. I had to move the date a few times and Enock was very accommodating

Unfortunately, when it came to my moving day, I asked for 12 and Enock said he can do 2. Fine, I really don't want to move before dark and the new building I'm staying in has a time till they can move. I messaged at 1:45 to tell them to let me know when they're coming, 2:15 messaged again to ask where they are. They said they are on their way. I messaged at 3 to ask to cancel because I had a feeling we would move past after dark but Enock assured me we would be done by 5. After a few more back and forth, they eventually arrive at 4:30! When they get here, they really aren't careful with my stuff. Broke my heater (which they have completely ignored me about replacing). I haven't opened my other boxes but wouldn't be surprised if something else is broken. They scratched my dining room table as well!

At 5, I noticed that they had been gone for 15 min. I go down to the truck and see that they are taking a break! I suspect that they tried to fit in too many moves and the movers didn't have any time to eat. I tried to hurry them up as the new building has a cut off moving time but they didn't seem to care.

I told them to follow me, but after a while, I didn't see them behind me. I turn back and they stopped to take a smoke break!!!!

And obviously when I get to the new place, it's past the cut off time which I had mentioned several times!!! They didn't seem to care either, probably wanted to leave my stuff on the side of the road. Enock took none of my calls about my dissatisfaction despite being very engaged previously. Luckily, they allowed me to move in (which was in the dark as the place had prepaid electricity which had run out). They require that we pay before they open the trick and Enock declined my calls. Felt like I was being held for ransom as they had all my belongings and I really felt like I did not deserve to pay for such awful service.

Enock declined my calls and whatsapps and I doubt I will get anything back from this company. Despite the cheaper price tag, it really isn't worth it for such poor service! Avoid at all costs!!!!
