Poor Service and Communication
I have ordered an item from this company on the 20th of October 2019 - today is the 24th of October 2019 and thus far no email or sms in terms of when or if I will be receiving the item. I have send an email to the shop owner via the link on their website twice already and no reply. I have also called the number indicated on the website and the number does not exist. This is my first and I think the last time that I am buying from this company.
