Unhappy customer

This is not the first time this happened to me, on Friday I took my partner’s clothes to be washed at buitengracht street, I made arrangements for them to deliver the laundry once it’s done. To my surprise when I was unpacking the clothes they were not properly washed, the vests, I am not going to talk about the jeans. I sent them a text on WhatsApp and nobody has responded to me yet.
