I love my laundry (it should read we hate your laundry!!!)

My first bad encounter with I love my laundry in City Bowl Barrack street was when they spoiled my sevens rugby jersey I am still not sure how they did that but I can only assume it was washed in hot water, but of course they denied it. So they took no responsibility for it. I was upset but then I thought I will give them another try. Months went by and the good friendly ladies know what and how I want my washing done. So in this week I dropped off my dirty washing and then collected it a day later. The next morning when I tried on my clothes 80% of it had shrunk. So I go pop in there to see there miserable boss lady (but she was not there) so the employee tells me "but we don't machine dry your clothes" and I said "exactly", but I also remembered that there was a new girl at the reception when I picked up my clean washing... Eventually some guy called Alex called me via whatsapp and said he will get back to me, I am still waiting and so far it seems like they not going to take responsibility again due to some technicality because the employee did not write down air dry/ no machine dry! Worse company I have been given business too! Will not use them again!!
