UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER.

I received a debit order notice on Friday 26-Oct-2018, and worse part I never knew of such a company existed. I called and they apologised n canleed the debit order, but yet i feel humiliated because I had to use my own airtime to sort out their mess. I do wish such business ethics could n stopped.
