I host domain - bad internet

I was promised that the signal for our internet would never drop...over the last two months the signal has dropped over more than 100 times...the signal even now does not work and we even bought a booster from them...the internet now is off...I sent a message to point of contact here in balito and will copy and paste his response below Mario...I'm not going to lie to you...I'm getting very very angry about my internet that in this last month has kept dropping everyday..actually from last month...you told me that it would never drop...a few times you told me that it would never drop...there is no bad weather...this message can't even go through...I run two businesses from home...so I will withhold payment now...because I will not pay for a service that is promised...I will make a payment but only half...once your service is to what we agreed...then I will make a full payment...once a get a full month of good service...and if your company does not want to play ball...I will just let everybody in ballito know...that this is not the company to sign up with
